i think there was a 1A game(burkeville vs someone) a few years ago, but i don't see anyone above class A coming here for a playoff game unless there are absolutely no other choices...

Ill tell u about kirbyville...they are pretty fast but they can't convert under pressure...if u have a good enough defense to plug the hole then u should be just fine...u better have good outside contain also or they will beat u around the corner and take it to the house...they have a reciever who can jump up and come close to cathing it but chokes in a game...the quarterback will throw it up on the outside and is fairly accurate...their defense is very fast and will blitz till the cows come home..hope ur offensive line can pick up the blitz long enough for C-train to bust through them...ill be at the game...GO EAGLES!!!! :clap:

I live in Nac. so I made the 5 min trip to Homer Bryce for this one. Rusk could not stop anything Kirbyville did. They moved the ball at will. Kirbyville's defense is fast....really, really fast. They stuffed what I still think is a very strong Rusk offense. K'ville's D shut down Rusk's studs (#34,#7) all night. Glenn popped through for a long TD in the fourth, but they were down 34 points and there were several unfamiler #'s on Kirbyville's D at the time. Rusk did not have a chance from the opening kickoff which pinned them on their 2. In my opinion, Rusk is the best team from thier district. If this is true, Diboll and Palistine are in a lot of trouble tonight.
