When someone is ROM, it means they have been banned from posting on the board. ROM stands for Read Only Member.

Nah! actually they send you to this place, and you only eat once a day, and restrooms breaks r once a day also, so u had better not visit this place, I USED THE LAST GET OUT OF rOM FREE CARD.
