CHS take accounting.. its not as hard as precal but you do have to understand it.... but it looks really good on ur record to!

I was helping a student the other day with precal. I learned asymptotes over again :) Vertical asymptotes are vertical limits of functions and are found when 0 would be made in the denominator by changing the value of x to make it happen
(if x-2 is in the denominator of a function then x=2 is a vertical asymptote). So if you have an expression in the denominator that was x^2 -7x+12 that would factor to be (x-4)(x-3) and both
x=4 and x=3 would be vertical asymptotes.

Don't take it just because it will "look good" on your record. :rolleyes: If you think you might end up in college with a business major, then I'd take the accounting. If you think you'll end up with more of a science/engineering major, take the Calculus.

I knew there was a reason why I decided not to take Cal.
