Team Needed for Girls BB Tournament

Kirbyville is hosting a Girls Basketball Tournament on December 28,29,& 30th. We had a drop out today and need to pick up another team. 3 Games, $100 entry fee. Any Classification or even a good JV.

I looked at Buna's schedule and they have a game scheduled for the 30th, but not the other two days. Try them. Any word on why Orangefield dropped out?

There are two of Orangefield's district opponents in that tournament...I never liked playing teams in my district early in the year. I didn't like playing them period until district started. Could be the reason Orangefield dropped out. I would have probably done the same thing, especially if I could have found another tournament at the same time. Matter of fact, the schedule I saw had Orangefield in the Livingston tournament around that time.
