Word is that da Mules will take on Perryton at Dick Bivins Field in Amarillo.. the FieldTurf is as good as it gets for "all-weather" conditions. I guess the game is going to be Thursday Nov 11 @ five pm.

Kimbrough Stadium in Canyon has become a popular playoff spot for panhandle teams since it installed the field turf. also virtually enclosed on all sides. blocks out the wind pretty well.

How are the fields in Pecos and Andrews?

The stadium in San Angelo is huge....facilities were not that great that I remember.

Andrews is a good place.

Dont know about Sweetwater though. Snyder vs Wylie last year drew a crowd of 11,000 . a little too much for the Mustang bowl. I bet a game with about 7000 spectators is about all the bowl could handle with people viewing with good seats. Canyon has a great stadium too, Dont forget Lubbock ( Lowry field I think it is )
