I just saw on CNN that seven states have removed "under God" from the Pledge. And I was just wondering why these Left Wingers in their infinite wisdom, find "under God" offensive, but they allow the "Pledge" to be said in school at all? I would most certainly think that they would have a problem with having to say the Pledge at all. I am still waiting for unisex bathrooms and Gay Parenting classes in our public schools. What next?

I have a question. Since the Pledge of Allegiance is to the American (read FEDERAL) Flag, what exactly gives any State the right to alter it? Was it not approved by the federal legislature? Who are these states so we can begin our boycott?
