Not in 3A, but it's happened once in 4A and once in 5A. I don't remember when, but sometime in the mid-90's LaMarque and Texas City took it all while Judson and I believe SA Roosevelt won state... different years.

judson roosevelt happened in 98 or 2001, 2002 sometime, im not sure

I decided to stop being lazy and just looked it up...

Judson and Roosevelt both won 5A in 95...
Texas City and LaMarque both won in 97...
