I think LaVernia would win. It would be a good game, but I'd put my money on them.

I don't know anything about Rockdale, but I know Bellville was tough last year, so I pick Bellville, for what it's worth.

how bout 3A Forney @ 4A Aledo .... two powerhouses, i think Forney takes it....

Forney and Aledo have had great games in the past mainly defensive battles. Aledo has won the last two games - Blanton didn't play the last time in Aledo and we still should have beat them that year. Last years game was a close one and there QB beat us on the edges. I look for Forney to go on the road and get some revenge.

I'm not quit to sure but i think everman plays Eastern Hills the first week. Good luck foney are your up coming season. I hate to say it but i'm looking forward to the Everman Vs. Forney III

Dunno about the Rock' @ the 'Ville...

La Vernia not only loses some good players, but they lose the game... PI's bringing back some good ones and Coach Stumbaugh's got those kids playing hard...

Aledo and Forney will be a tough one, gunna say Aledo but it could go either way...

I do not know how this game will go. I do not know how many good player return to La Vernia. As for Port Isabel, some of their good ball players are in trouble. They committed an act, against a vending machine, in which several good ball players will be sitting out the first several games this comming season. Another ball player has some personal issues to resolve first. So with all of that said, it is a toss up. PI is fast, and will have some new faces. What changes have been made is still to early to tell.
