Burnet wins once again...!

Last night the Burnet Bulldogs beat the Kileen Shoemaker Wolves; 40-28. This game has been the closest game the dogs have had this year. But in the end they still pulled together and came out as a another victory. Patrick Miller (RB) had a great game last night. He ran for a 50 yd TD, and even their 170 pd Free safety couldnt even match to patricks speed... Another great win for the future Champs!

they arent going to be a good team until there defense pulls together. they have almost given up a thousand yards in the past 2 weeks. a team is only as good as its weakest link. so i wont be surprised if they get beat unless their defense is taken care of.

Let's see. They've played Reagan, Gatesville, and Shoemaker. Two 4A teams and a top 20 3A team. Shoemaker has an enrollment nearly double Burnet's, and Gatesville has one of the best RB's in 3A. They've come through that stretch at 3-0.

I'd say Burnet is "a good team."

Nice assessment, 29 x 281. By the way, not only did Burnet beat a very good Shoemaker team, but the PA guy was awesome!
