Merkel Vs. Clyde

Clyde is 0-2. Losses to Sweetwater and Snyder. If I am correct, A Clyde win over Merkel would eliminate Merkel from all playoff contention. Someone help me out, how does the tie breaker system work for our district? If Merkel won their last two, and Snyder loses to Wylie, then Sweetwater, Merkel, and Snyder would all finish 2-2. Pretty unlikely, but you never know.

Clyde still has a chance to go to the playoffs. Snyder has to beat wyle and Clyde has to win the las two games.

Snyder really is a good team, so i dunno if merkel is that good, or snyder was havin an off-week...but i chose merkel over clyde

Yea I was there, but Snyder and Merkel usually have always had really close games. Last year was a double OT and this year was a 2 seconds left kick win. But Merkel was having really good practices all that week and were really pumped up. Snyder really didn't impress me that much.

In order for Merkel to make the play-offs, we have to beat Clyde (0-2) and Sweetwater (1-2). Clyde plays in Merkel and then Merkel plays in Sweetwater on Nov. 5.

I am kinda pulling for Clyde to knock Merkel off this week. I would hate for Lambert and the Badgers to come to Sweetwater with a chance at knocking Sweetwater out of the playoffs.
