southern_thunder....The Wilmer-Hutchins ISD has been having tremendous fiscal reponsibility and funding problems to the extent that they are unable to make badly needed repairs or pay for the day-to-day operations of the district. The state has been called in for audits, and may take over the district administration if they remain insolvent and are unable to correct the problems on their own. It is to their team's credit that they are doing well and competing under such financial hardship.
