Yeah, can you tell me what I need to do to be able to get in the chat? I click on the chat button and it takes me to the page that says "3Adownlow Chat" but no buttons to proceed from there. I can get on at work, but not on my home computer. I tried to download some Java program, but after I did it, it said it didn't work.....now what? Is there some other download I can try?

The chat room has changed since last time you were in - when you click on chat, does Java load & start running? You should see a coffee cup pop up.
