I wouldn't call this game a "pillow fight". Merkel still has a shot at the playoffs, albeit a long shot. I think Clyde is out because they've lost to both Snyder and Sweetwater. Nevertheless I see both teams playing hard in this one.

I think it will be a hard fought contest, but I still say it will be a battle for last place. Merkel over Clyde in the end.

well consider merkel nearly beat snyder, and snyder stomped all over clyde..i think merkel wins....the 'iron curtain' is pretty much rusted out

I wonder if either team will have any motivation at all. Merkel is coming off a dissapointing loss to the Sweetwater wanna-be's and Clyde is already out of playoff contention. I will take Merkel by 21.

Merkel's motivation will be that long shot of getting a playoff spot. They have to beat Clyde first. If they do then they will be gearing up to play Sweetwater. Like I said, it is a long shot but you wondered if either team would have any motivation. Merkel will have motivation, and will need alot of luck.
