This Week's Poll...

District play is winding down and the poll wants to know what is the farthest you will be driving in district play this year. I am sure some of you will drive a lot further come postseason, but this poll wants to know the geographical size of the districts of you downlowers... If you like, go ahead and post on this thread and let us know from what to town to what town... estimate on the miles if needed.

As always, polls should close on Friday...

Last Week's Poll...

I really enjoyed last week's poll about rivalries. We had a good turnout with 69 voters... More folks said tradition was the main cause of their rivalry, with Geographic location being a close second.

3 teams in our district are over 100 miles away from LH. Luckily, I only had to make one Thursday night game (skipped that Friday). The other 2 are at home for us this year.

Ingleside's longest road trip is Goliad. Probably around 90 miles.

No, believe Aransas Pass would be just a tad farther. Next year it'll be Goliad, about 70 miles or so.

for Bandera the closest is Ingram which is about 1 hour, and the farthest are LH which is about 3 hours, Brady which is a little farther than LH, Llano which is a little closer than LH, and Wimberly, which is pretty far, Bandera isnt anywhere near anybody in our district.
