The newspapers don't always report them so if you have any please report them. In our district last night Mathis beat Sinton 3 games to 2 and Goliad beat Aransas Pass 3 to 0. This gives Goliad the championship since they now have two games on Sinton so they are champions even if Sinton beats them Tuesday night. I believe Mathis has the last bye next Tuesday night and are in but I think we will have to have the final results Tuesday night to know for sure. Local coverage is not too extensive in volleyball and also the accuracy leaves much to be desired sometimes.
In other 3A Falfurrias defeated West Oso 3 to 0 and Orange Grove defeated Zapata 3 to 1.
