Merkel at Snyder

Streaky teams: Merkel won three of their first four games, but have since lost three straight. The Tigers won six of their first seven before losing to Sweetwater last week.
Key stats: Dee Walker leads Snyder with 769 yards and two touchdowns and 135 carries. Walker has broken the 100-yards barrier in five of the six games that he has played in. Matt Reigh has completed 26-of-62 passes for 448 yards and three touchdowns. Reigh has also thrown five interceptions. His favorite connection this year has been Lico Castillo. Castillo has 16 catches for 368 yards and two touchdowns.
Zack Maxey and Riley Lambert have literally carried the load for Merkel this year. Maxey has 83 carries for 554 yards and four touchdowns, while Lambert has 101 carries for 510 yards and five touchdowns.
