Offensive player of the week: Wilmer-Hutchins' Dustin Bell

What he did: Dustin Bell accounted for four touchdowns, including a 9-yard touchdown run in the first overtime to lead Wilmer-Hutchins to a 38-35 (2 OT) win over Kennedale, which was ranked No.4 in the 3A AP state poll. The win sets up Wilmer Hutchins (6-1, 2-0 District 10-3A) for a showdown with Madison on Friday for first place.
The stats: 20 of 37 passing, two touchdown passes and two interceptions. Gained 73 yards rushing on eight carries and scored on two touchdown runs.
Dustin Bell Who is he? Bell (5-11, 175) was an all-district cornerback as a junior. At quarterback this fall, Bell is completing 58 percent and has thrown for 1,026 yards and 11 touchdowns. He leads the team in rushing with 311 yards on 63 carries.
He said it: "This is a real special team. Everyone cares about winning, everyone is disciplined, and we know we've got the potential to go real far. We are the true definition of team."
