The Astros had a e-mail lottery with the winners having the option to buy 2 tickets for one game. Most of my family registered, but none of us were picked. They will have a second drawing today, hopefully one of us will win. The Astros must win or all of this won't really matter.
The sad part is that most ticket winners are now selling their tickets for a huge premium on E-Bay. Ticket scalpers from all over the country are doing the same. A lot of lifetime Astros fans, who have waited years to see their team in the World Series, don't get to attend a game, unless they want to shell out big money. I would like to see the Astros prohibit the re-selling of these tickets or the state pass a scalping law.
