I wonder what Lewisville ISD had to appeal? I know schools do, but their whole school district?

I think Lewisville was appealing being with the Plano schools...they wanted to switch with the Richardson ISD schools..

I just knew that Rockwall would try to beg out of the East Texas/Mesquite district just like they did two years ago. For God's sake, it's only two times a year to travel less than 100 miles for football! If they had a playoff game at Lobo Stadium or Rose Stadium, they wouldn't complain.
