that was one that was hard for me to decide.. It looked like Palestine had beat better teams so thats how i picked them.. it doesnt matter who wins it anyways.. it would just be the eventual loser to WO-S

Keith, I still think Gilmer will be a big factor in D1 or D2, depending on what Gladewater does. I hear they are loaded with some real "studs' this year--especially on the "D".

yes if gilmer does go D-1 they will win region 2 but would lose to Decatur.. there is a chance that mineola will go can make the playoffs.. they are 0-2 to start out in district play but they have played only the top 2 teams.. if they run the table from here on out they will make it..

I picked Gladwater to sneak in because they had the best defense out of the other 2... that is one district that i had trouble deciding how it would go because the enrollments are so close and so is the race for the 3rd spot.. but i had to go with gladewater

I agree with this BUT Cuero's first round game will decide their fate ......West Columbia and Cuero in the first round which is unlucky for one of the two teams this is a game that should be like a round 3 or 4 game

If West Columbia is that good in ya'lls minds, 3A is weaker than I thought. The Stangs have beat the hell out of them the last couple of years and I wouldn't think this year would be any different. I am not saying that I think 3A is weak because I don't, I just think Cuero would beat them pretty easily if the Gobblers are as good as I think they are!?!?

Keith i disagree with most of your picks espescially the one on Silsbee , nobody really knows about silsbee this year because the past 2 years we've did bad, but now were in 3a where we belong. Our last game when we played coldspring it was 41-0 in the first quarter, we didnt want to run up the score so we put our second team in and still scored. Silsbee has been really underated this year.

Silsbee is finally decent, but its bad luck of the draw that they get Palestine in the 1st round. Palestine also dropped down to 3A, but they went 18-5 over the last 2 years in 4A, Silsbee went 1-19.

Well take into consideration we were in the toughest district in 4a last year Ozen, Nederland , PN-G , Central, WO-S, LCM, Vidor, Lumberton.

IMO your off on at least two teams, one you have PI not even getting out of the 1st round, (Bi-District)?? And Raymondville making the playoffs?? They already have 2 district losses and so it will be tough for them to even make the playoffs, not impossible but very tough.

HONESTLY PEOPLE.... i seriously think decatur has the best chance at state, ive seen film on them, they are really quick and really tough, but im not sayin that no one can knock them off the bracket...but they just look good

If Gilmer goes DII then they have a serious shot at it. If they go DI then a Gilmer/Decatur matchup would be one to see.
