who will win this game? i think the astros will pull it out if their bullpen holds up

yea they will win as long as the starter backe can go at least 6, hopefully 7 strong innings, if not, i still watch in fear whenever a relief pitcher goes in, but backe has been done well at home and i think he will continue that, and if beltran keeps doing what hes doin, and if it does, i like goin into st. louis up 3-2 rather than down

just so ya know, im the one who voted for the cardinals. Honestly, there is something about those stars on the helmets in Houston and Dallas that makes me cringe. On the other hand, Stars on the Ice im fine with. Go figure. . .

Yeahm the Stros need to go up 3-2 before going to St. Louis. if we can just get Backe to go 7 I think Lidge will come back. Hes a heck of a pitcher and Im sure he knows that he is all the Astros have that is good enough to close out the game and come away with the win. I give it to the Stros, they know they HAVE to win tonight.

It's not Mcguire I'm worried about!!! That lineup of Walker,Pujols,Rolen and Edmonds is one hell of a batting order. It might take a little luck to get thru it without too much damage. I think if Backe can get it into the 6th or 7th ining they might have a chance. I really think that Wheeler is the only reliable relief pitcher they have to get it to Lidge right now. Sure would love to see the ASTROS in the World Series at least once in my life time. Go Astros!!!

Do or die for the Astros tonight. Sure need this one , because it might be a little hard to win 2 in St.Louis. Make it easy and take a 3-2 lead back to St.Louis. It's gonna go 7 games if the Astos win tonight.
