by a 1.5 to 0 margin by virtue of their win over Texas in soccer which wasn't a surprise and by virtue of their volleyball beating Texas which was but Texas volleyball ladies will get a chance to be even when the game is in Austin soon. It must be noted that this early lead by the Aggies is not surprising because these early sports are what the Aggies are good at especially with cross country coming. Points needed to win the cup in 2004-05 is 8.5 for the Aggies and 10.0 for the Horns. The race should get close again when we get to the sports (diving, swimming etc) where the Horns are good. We will see.
