Hey Lilred, Haven't heard a thing about your coaching change. Did you folks at Crockett hire a new head coach who brought along his new staff or did the old coach fire and then hire a brand new staff. Where were the new hires successful at? Thanks for the update.

The Crockett Bulldog Head Coach is Jon Lowery whose team is picked to finish 3rd in 3A District 19 in 2003 pre-season polls.
Coach Lowery focused on coaching staff changes at Crockett since last season. He has brought on Jamie Driskell as the Offensive Coordinator who is the son of Monte Jack Driskell, who was an icon in Texas high school football for almost half a century and led Crockett to many winning seasons.
Also coming on board is Clarence Guiton who comes to the Dogs from neighboring Centerville (a powerhouse in 2-A ball), Tommy Parker, Offensive Line Coach, and Craig Deckard, linebacker coach.

Crockett has 16 returning letterman with 6 offensive and 3 defensive starters.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
Sulandraus Duncan, running back
Kevin Robbins, wide receiver
Percival Strange, running back and defensive end
Demetrius Wyatt off. linemen 6'4" 250 lbs.
Antoine Delone, off. lineman 6'2" 275 lbs.
Chris Jones, defensive back

Offensively, Coach Lowery expects a strong running game. He has :
junior QB, Heath Pugh
center, Justin Omolina
wide receiver, Maceo Mask
running back, Kammale Minor

Lowery feels his defense is in a rebuilding program. He will be depending on defensive players : Leroy Terrell, defensive end, Kentrell Harris, defensive line, linebacker Devan Gibbs, and defensive back Reginal Marshall.
