When is the Yamboree?

Next Week!

Begins Wednesday, October 20th at 7:00am with the Goat Weigh-In. The Goat Weigh-In is followed by the 8:00am kick-off of the Market Swine Weigh-In.

Yamboree concludes Saturday, October 23rd with an 8:00pm Street Dance at the Bandstand.

It's just happens to be the best darn festival in the state of Texas!
The Yamboree is so big that Gilmer schools will be closed for it and I think all the other Upshur County schools will be off Friday.

Yeah and I happen to live right next to the damn street where they have both parades. :mad:
