I keep reminding you this is a 3a football web site and you keep talking on other subjects and this is being done right in the middle of the football season during district play for crying out loud! I just can't believe it! There has been other posts about volleyball, soccer, softball and even college football. Who cares what OK and Texas are doing - this is 3A football web site. There have been posts on baseball too. Even some non sports topics have come up such as movies, what western movies are on tv, what TCM is showing - even a silent movie called Judex made in 1917 was discussed for crying out loud! Let's keep this on 3A football! Must I keep preaching?! :mad:

I dont see no harm with local sport weather it is college, pro, or high school. Friday Night Lights why not talk about it. Houston Astros why not talk about. More Bad News for UT

The soccer team was tied by Colorado 1 - 1 even though they outshot the Colorado team. Not too good a weekend for UT even though our Volleyball girls came through thank goodness.

In the short time I have gotten to know Phil C. through his posts, I know he is very passionate about what he puts up, and I enjoy reading and trading posts with him.....this site would be like eating gourmet food without any spices added, if there were not "spices" like Phil C. to "kick it up a notch" every now and then.

HOWEVER, it would be common courtesy to have some means of indicating non-football posts, maybe?? This would of course be abused by the "made-you-look" juveniles, but what the hey.
If it is not readily apparent by the title, perhaps an icon we could choose by common assent... the thumbs-down would do just fine IMHO.
