sad day and very shocking loss, but Ken seemed to bring it on himself with the drugs.

BHKrystal, I heard that he was visting friends in the Bronx when it happened. This is such a tragedy that could have been prevented. My prayers go out to his family on such a sad day.

He lived in Richmond/Rosenberg area (Fort Bend County) up until his recent death I think.

I had always heard that he lived in Mont Belvieu from some friends of ours. Maybe he moved. He was always one of my favorite players when I was growing up.

Maybe I haven't updated my address book in the past few years. I have a friend who was a coash @ Lamar Consolidated SD about 4-5 yrs. ago and he said that he lived in the Richmond area. Perhaps he moved since then.

Heart attack @ 41 makes you think how rough his life might have been.

He did live in Richmond during his years with the Astros and Padres. Ken would come to my local gym in Sugar Land. He and Bagwell were regulars for a few years. I got to chat with Ken many times. I think after all his troubles, he and his wife divorced. He probably moved out to the Mount Belvieu area.
