Merkel vs. Abilene Wylie

All I really know about this game is this:
*At Merkel
*7:30
*Merkel's first district game
*Wylie's 2nd District game

I have to say the Badgers by a close one. We had a bye week last week so i think we are ready to play Wylie.

Wylie had a close one against Sweetwater, and Merkels coming off a bye, but I'm gonna go with the Bulldogs in this one by 10+

I think the difference between the top three and the bottom two in this district is huge. Wylie wins by at least 24.

im gonna say wylie by 21+, thats just after seeing both of them play lakeview, i just dont think merkel can keep it close

Wylie by 21+, they haven't played anywhere near their best this season and they are overdue for a decisive win.

It's been awhile since these two have met. I'm sure there is still no love lost even after 4 years. Merkel will be up for this one. I can only hope the Bulldogs stay up after the close one last Friday. I don't think Merkel has the speed of Sweetwater, but still has plenty of talent. I see a close game with Wylie pulling away in the second half by 10.

Wylie has too much talent. They are coming off a loss and a close one, they are due a big win. I haven't seen much of Merkel so I could be wrong but I think Wylie will be way to tough for Merkel. I will say Wylie by 28.

I think he meant Wylie is coming off the loss to Decatur and then the close win over Sweetwater

Wylie by a bunch, at least 30. It's never good to come off an offweek into a brutal matchup like Wylie.

I am calling it like I see it. Wylie by 25. I have seen both teams play and Merkel just lost too much from last years team to keep up with the big three. I think Merkel will play their hearts out and keep it close till third quarter and we'll see Wylie open it up.

I'll say Wylie by 17. I've heard that Merkel is good, but I wouldn't put them in the same class as Sweetwater or Snyder. It should be close until the second half then Wylie will put it away.
