My Pirates struggled a bit, looked a bit out of sync, but they came away with a district win. Way to go Pirates!:cool:

they were up tonight... had a couple of trick plays...
a double reverse, pitch back to the QB who then chunked it to the WR streaking up the sideline...
also... a simple pitch pass that sinton bit on and scored a touchdown. . .

2 Fumbles from 3 yards out, 3 miss field goals, missing open recievers and drop balls and still put up 37 points not bad for being out of sync. Goliad had some offensive spurts that kept them in the game til the 4th Quarter.

Noticed Franco was hurt and didn't the 2nd half. Also Collins didn't play the 2nd half either. Soph Josh Ring did a good job in Franco's place but they need Franco in there to spark that Offense.
