well, i'm just going to have to eat my words because clyde just got it handed to them. Snyder is GOOD. I wouldn't be surprised if they win this district. I haven't seen Clyde play that poorly on defense in 3 years. They better step it up if they plan on staying in this district but I'm still behind them and I still think they can upset Sweetwater or Wylie. But they can't play flat like they did tonight, granted they just played the eventual district champion in my mind.

I think too many people are looking past Snyder and picking Sweetwater or Wylie as champions. They can overlook us if they want, it will only help us.

All three teams are good and who knows all three may again go deep into the playoffs.

Gotta go with Sweetwater and Snyder.

I don't believe Merkel will "pull the rabbit out of a hat" playing at Snyder (especially since Snyder is coming off a loss). I kinda feel sorry for them having to play Snyder at home (I'm glad we didn't). I think Snyder will avenge themselves against Merkel big time.

I believe Clyde will "get their hats handed to them" this Friday. Barring a miracle, I don't see how they have much of a chance against Sweetwater. I believe the "Iron Curtain" will prove to be more like the "shower curtain" this Friday night. The Mustangs will dominate on both sides of the ball and it won't be pretty for Clyde.

oh well

Not sure the Mustnags would be 1-1 if they had played Wylie at home and not on wet grass. They sure looked good friday

I didnt hear that he got hurt. I just thought they switched them. The guy that came in later for Snyder is the one that led them to all their scores.

Word has it that there was no injury, he just wasn't getting the job done. The second quarterback had a much better game against Sweetwater, but not good enough. Go Mustangs!
