How when a team is one of the top teams in the state, they seem to have more new posters.

Example, all the Pilot point folks a few years ago

Last year all the Burnet folk and Liberty Hill folk

This year, the year of the Decatur and Cuero folk

That's funny. I don't ever remember there being any Pilot Point fans on here. And the Pilot Point success has been pretty consistent for the past 27 years.

I know last year we had a bunch join up after we were well into the playoffs. I'd like to know where all these fans are now? Well, some I don't want here (village idiots) but I would like to see a better backing of our team.

Hey It's catching on across the state, u get 2 meet new people and learned about new towns, so may b our team won't be as good as they have been here in Marlin the next few years, but U can bet your bottom dollar, me and ole Leon will be right here taking the good with tha bad. Actually, if you look back, there were LH folks at the start in 2001. I think there were a number that signed up 2 years ago, but lots of those kids graduated. I don't remember a whole lot last year, but I've slept since then. Me? I've hung out a little over two years, finally registered after the 2002 season, but didn't post for about 9 months.

Everyone had to sign up some time - some stay, some go & others replace them. I guess some of them can be considered "fair-weather" posters.

It's QUALITY that counts, not quantity. However, some of us took it upon ourselves to put an ad in our programs last year promoting the site. Worked pretty well in some cases.
