I found this in the Corpus Christi Caller Times in the "Statewide HS football Notes" :

Karlidaris Beechum had a school-record 310 yards rushing with 5 touchdowns in Carthage's 37-28 win over Class 3A Division II reigning state champion Atlanta. He has run for 1,419 yards AND 24 touchdowns this season. :eek: :eek:

Does anyone else have these kind of numbers?

He and Manuel Johnson of Gilmer were the HS players of the week up here and this was part of the article out of yesterday's Longview News Journal.

"For the year, Beechum has carried 138 times for 1,419 yards (10.2 avg.) and 24 touchdowns. He has scored eight times from 50 or more yards out, including jaunts of 95, 77, 70, 65, 60, 51 (twice) and 50 yards. "


Pretty Impressive.

One 300+ yard game does not a D1 player make. But it's a nice start.:)

no offense i dont want to wage a war but i hope not,either UT,UNT or TCU if none of them i hope hes out of Big 12
