I hate to say this, but is this the weakest district in Region I?

Probably so, but with the rivalry that exist between some of these teams it will be interesting. Monahans and Greenwood don't meet up until the last game of the regular season. It might be for the district title or maybe not, but it will definitely be intense. Always is between them.
