This Week's Pick 'em...

This week the slpybear throws out the Cameron - Caldwell game.

As always, poll should close on Friday.

REMEMBER: If you think you know of a great matchup in the coming weeks, feel free to send a PM and let me know...

Last week we picked Graham - Marlin. Marlin was victorious and so were the down low prognosticators once again. So far, the down low is 6 for 6 this season. Our winning percentage in week 6 was 58.0%... which also happens to be our season percentage to date.

It's hard to say who will win out of these two teams, they r old district foes, I give my pick on friday.

will be a good game. Power football vs spread it out. Caldwell has a good defense. Caldwell needs to keep it close. They are not a very good at playing from behind team. If they can get an early lead, it will be a quick game...long time consuming drives. Cameron can score quickly, but the defense needs to step up. Should be a fun game. Good luck to both teams.

We are all hoping for a win for us of course but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a great game! There are going to be a lot of people there and it will have awesome energy. So, I'm going to have to go with Caldwell . Good Luck Boys! ;)

both are good teams that are having good seasons; i think the time is ripe for the hornets.

The game tonight is going to be just like this poll. A very close game. Good Luck to both teams. I hope it is an injury free game on both sides.

But of course I will be rooting for the Hornets.
:D  :cheerl:

over before it started. Reality should now set in w/ Caldwell. Playing stat padding teams may build confidence but it doesn't make you a better squad. The "vaunted" defense that has allowed 35 points in 5 games gave up 41 last night. Does that mean Cameron is invincible? No, not at all, the offense is just better than the Caldwell defense. I will give em one thing though, that Pittman kid was something else. He was dragging guys around and I think I can count on one had the number of times he was taken down by ONE guy. Very tough runner. I don't know about that showboat "rise from the dead" thing he did but he did well.
