Who will win this tight district? West Columbia and Wharton seem to be the front runners, but some of the other teams are looking good.

West Columbia (4-1)
Wharton(2-2)
Stafford (4-1)
Palacous (4-1)
Needville (2-2)
Sweeny (0-5)

Wharton of course!! They have had their ups and downs lately, but now that district has started it will be different. West Columbia should go 2nd and then who cares. Good luck Wharton and give em' hell!!

it will most likely be the winner of the W.C. Wharton game which takes place next week in wharton. It should be a hell of a game.

It's gunna be a high-scoring affair...

i don't know about that, columbia's defense has been keeping them in games, they giving up less than 200 yards per game, and less than 20 points. I know whartons offense is good, but i think the necks will be able to hold them down......to an extent.

The best way to keep Wharton from scoring is to keep them off the field. A few 6 to 7 minute scoring drives against them will keep it a low scoring affair. Columbia's running game is quite capable of controlling the game that way, if they can stop all those drive killing penalties they have been getting.........
