Good Luck KA! Just remember sometimes they say no or that they will have to think about it before the yes so if it doesn't work out tonight as you hoped don't give up home but hopefully we will be hearing good news from you later on tonight.

Hey, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but if your girlfriend has to think about it, what she means is that she is trying to decide if you're the best she can do.......if this happens to you, then she's not the one for you...keep looking....... :D

Actually Bandera there are exceptions. Mine told me that before she said yes. She finally said yes and we just celebrated our twentieth anniversary {I married later in life :)}. Every rule has an exception and KA's might be it. I hope we get good news today.

Ahh, the power of prayer. A wise man requests it. Congrats on answered prayers. Many, many happy years together. And may you weather the less happy times together, knowing it is easier with your partner by your side!

I wanted to get married on the pitchers mound at our Little League Field. That was where we met and practically lived with all 5 of our kids playing T-ball and baseball.

I thought it would be cool for the preacher to announce us "Man and Wife" and then say "Play Ball"!!

My husband wanted nothing to do with it!!:( :(

Oh well..........MEGA CONGRATS JOSH!!!!

There oughta be some kind of survey out on coaches anniversary's and I bet 80% are in June lol that is bout the only time to squeeze it in. Funny story.. here in Cuero back in 93 - we had a coach and his long-time lady friend decide to get married over the Christmas holidays.. This was decided before school started.. Well, low and behold, guess where we were that SAturaday they were "supposed" to get married....... Yep, in Waco, playing Southlake Carroll for the Championship.. I think they got married the following Sunday...........

LOL!!

My son was supposed to have a tonsillectomy the day before Greenwood played Bandera in the State Championship.

I cancelled it, so they had to reschedule it for New Year's Eve...he ended up missing 2-1/2 weeks of school instead of being able to recuperate over the holidays!

she didnt expect it at all......we went out on a dinner boat that night and it was awesome. After we ate we walked around the boat and I took her up to the top level of the boat where nobody is supposed to go but they let us because they knew I was going to propose. She was standing on the rail and I was behind her and we talked for a while and when she turned around I was on one knee. She was shocked when she turned around. After she said yes the lights on the top deck came on. The boat captain was there but he turned out the lights to give us some privacy and she didnt realize he was even there. He was in a little room so it wasnt like he was right there with us or anything. After she said yes he had to turn the lights back on. He congratulated us. Then we went back down to the lower deck and danced and the band announed it. It was pretty awesome!
