Fullback/Tailback Cody Wilson #33 senior All District running back strapped on his pads and really took the game to Elgin. His consistant rushing performance kept the crucial 4th quarter scoring drive alive bursting through holes in the Elgin D line made by a determined LG offensive line. Wilson gained many of his 100 or so yards on second effort breaking tackles to go downfield for big gains. Several other La Grange players had a big night as well, but this week I am going to go with Wilson. Congratulations Cody, now get ready for the Buffaloes!!! :D

Cuero's MVP has be #20 Brandon Hilbrich his last punt in the 4th Quarter of 43 yds. pinned the Bulldogs inside the 5 yd. line and lead to a fumble recovery and the scoring of the game winning Td. by Cuero. He had 6 punts for a 45.5 avg.

wilson had 70 yards and ran hard in the 4th quarterThanks for the stats, I wrote this before the papers came out. His rushing in the 4th kept the Leps offense on the field to run down the clock and score twice. Anderle was rushing leader though, with 117 yards. Total rushing yards were 216.
