What are players suppose to do when the Coaches lose faith in them? I know Coaches are suppose to be role-models and set an example...but what happens when they give up on their team? This isn't the bad thing though, what's worse is that the boys see what the Coaches have done and the boys lost all respect for them. It's like someone said one time...the Coaches are trying to be their friends during the week but expect to be listened to on Friday nights... and it doesn't work like that...

You've got to remember coaches are people too...sometimes when the going is rough, they get down too, on themselves and their team. Coaches are not supposed to let this show or happen, but sometimes it does. I think this problem will fall on the shoulders of the senior player/leaders of your team. They've got to take action by telling the rest of the team that they are going to go out and play their best regardless of losses, coaches or anything else from this point forward....and they expect the rest of the team to follow suit....for themselves and their team pride and nobody else. If this happens, you will be supprised how quickly the coaches "pick up" on it, probably be a little ashamed of themselves, and will come around and embrace your team with a lot of new found vigor and will even be proud of their players again.
