I have this tree out front that no one knows what it is. It's not a pecan and has these leaves.

It is over six foot now.:confused:
I'm looking for some serious help. What are these plants?:) :cool:

The tree might be a Blackjack oak. No idea on the weed.

What does the bark look like on the tree?

I've never had an eye for botany and such.

The bark is similiar to oak. But generally smoother. Not a bunch of bark scaling like on a live oak.
