Chicago just lost to Cincy 2-1 in extra innings. Hopefully, San Diego can defeat San Francisco later tonight.

sad part of this game for the cubs....Mark Prior struck out 16 people through 9! he only allowed one run yet still didnt get a win....wow....go 'stros!

Yea, prior pitched one heck of a ballgame and doesnt get the win, to bad, now hopefully padres will pull out a win tonight, its 1-0 padres after 2, all houston has to do is win

this is true, last time they got ahead in the wild card, the pirates took 3 of 5 from them, also ended there 12 game win streak, i have confidence this time around though, they wont let it slip
