I saw the Forney/Everman game at Bedford in person. I have NEVER seen anybody so fast and quick before. Definitely fun to watch!

It was too bad that Forney's coach seemed to rely way too heavily on him. If there is anything I can't stand more, it's a "one-man" team.....and Forney was that last season with DaBryan Blanton.

Hey my man from Everman Blaine Harrell got an INT.....that kid Vincent Marshall is unbeleivable...how is Ennis on the south squad and Spring Westfield and Cy-Falls kids are on the North??? weird

This sucks! Been in school and I didn't even know this was going to be on. Does anyone know if FoxSportSW is gonna replay it? They do that alot like 2 am in the morning.

I dunno....just kinda weird that a kid from Ennis (40 miles southeast of Dallas) was on the South....man if the South didn't have Marshall they woulda been blown completley away....

I never did hear where the south qb was from.
I would definitely have liked to see how Young would have done. Best arm I've ever seen on a high school kid. UT will be quite fortunate with him on the team.

Sinton66--Chad Schroeder from Austin Westlake played the second half. I believe Noah Allen(I think) played most of the first half, but was ejected fromt he game for fighting.

Game was won by the North, 31-24. Touchdown in 4th quarter with only 19 seconds left on the clock. South put on great return, but stepped out of bounds with 4 seconds left. Time ran out on the next play. Very strong showing from both. DANG 75, you sure get up early!

What are you talking about? 6:03am??? That's pretty damn early too! right now, 8 to me is early....that'll change though after I graduate.

Would one of you football savvy gentlemen please tell me what game I've missed?! Been out of town and out of the loop. All I've gotten is North, South and rebroadcast 12 noon on Saturday. What'd I miss?

It was the annual North-South All Star Game. Was played in Houston this year and was broadcast on Fox Sports. Will be rebroadcast Sat. at noon. Game featured several 3A players, Charles from Sinton, and Harrell from Everman to name two. The teams are made up from standout graduates from all classes across the state.

I was going to let you know that when Coach Tony was at Port Isabel he developed the East, West game. This has been bringing collage scouts down to watch. It is hard for some of these kids to travel to the North, and South game. It has the best of the RGV all stars from all classes playing against each other. You might want to ask about this one schedule.[

I must say that it was a pathetic sight watching a fight in the annual THSCA all star game. Seems like colleges coaches have some real work to do on discipline. It sure made the high school coaches look bad in my opinion. Most the players did a great job. I did find it ammusing during the fight when the announcer called out for all players AND coaches to return to the sidelines. When he realized what he said he changed it to only players. He realized it was the coaches job to break up the fight.
