Which Region has produced most state champs since 4 Regions created?

There's probably a site somewhere that would give me this info...but I haven't found it yet. Always a lot of discussion which Region is, and has been historically the strongest, but I wonder what the records say. I'm talking about all classes, since there have been so many changes in team classifications over the years. It would be nice, but difficult to know this info for just 3A over the last 20 years or so. Anyway....maybe this will be another chance to enhance my football historical knowledge....I need all the help I can get.

Go to fridaynighthistory.com they have all the UIL past champions from 1920-2003.As far as what region im to lazy to go thru them :D
