Some of these teams I'm not that familiar with. My comments on those I do know about:

Decatur and Wylie will be a good one. I do think until I see someone shut down both the run and pass against Decatur, I will have to pick them to win. Wylie does have a great defense so I would say they may be the team. But until I see it I'll go with Decatur.

Vernon will get back on track against Clyde. I think this will be a closer game than most probably do other than the Clyde posters. Vernon is going to have to show me something on offense. Are they that bad or have they just played some tough teams? I think a little of both but they win this one.

Lakeview is too much for Merkel. The game last week must have been draining on them.

Snyder falls again and gets the wake up call that this may not be the dream season that many on this board were talking about. But still a good football team don't get me wrong.

Sweetwater rolls up Levelland. The Mustangs are good.

Breckenridge over the smaller Boyd. The buckaroos will get their wake up call next week when district starts. See what Childress did last year 5-0 till district. Then 7-3 and no playoffs.

W.F. Hirschi will not win a game this year. 0-10

Iowa Park at Gainesville. I will take Iowa Park as I think they are much better than everyone else on this board. This should be a good gage as to how good both of these teams are. This will be a close one but I give it to the Hawks.

Ballinger is just young. Greenwood wins this one.

Monahans has a good team. I'll take them in this one.

Watch out for Muleshoe. They are the sleeper in the region I think.

I don't know enough about the last 6 teams to make an intelligent comment.
