But of course....I'm sure the moderators receive numerous "reports" about the same thing. It's their way of replying that the problem was addressed without having to PM each and every person back. I know last year, there was one goober that probably caused at least 100 reports.

Not really...but for some reason...there is a "How many people will be ROMMED this season" contest going on. So people like to keep up with the numbers! (I don't know if ROMMING the same person over and over again counts though!:thinking: )

read only member.....they get ROMed when they do stupid stuff, like cuss people out, make mindless unnecessary posts, or take ona moderator head on when its not a football related argument....

im gonna say ifyou ROM the same person over and over, your really just ROMing a name, the person can and sometimes does go get another name and make some more noise, so i would think you count the names not the people.

Yes, but if it continues, there are other measures we can take. There can even be legal consequences if it gets serious enough.

i think they actually ROM the IP address, but apparantly some people haveno life and enjoy terrorizing the board, so they go make a new IP address for their computer and make a new name...

i know 66, but if ur really computer savvy then i think there is ways to reassign ur computer...not sure though u might know more on this subject than me, i just remember reading posts about it last year...

In my opinion there are just way too many people with too much time on their hands. So in their spare time they just come and terrorize a football message board. What makes me mad is that some of these people causing problems probably don't know football from a soap opera.
