Kinda feel sorry for OG. Pirates might be a wee bit angry this week. Sinton by 50.

Don't forget Orange Grove beat Refugio last week and the Pirates are having to travel and play in Orange Grove. I still think Sinton will win but it will be much closer than we think. Sinton 21 Orange Grove 7.

I hope Orange Grove has expanded it's visitors' side since two years ago. They only had about 6 rows or so up I believe.

Also Shellman don't forget that last night Orange Grove lost a very close game 35 to 28 to a very good Mathis team. We can't take them lightly.

No problem shell. It is all in good fun and not taken seriously. Still you never know what will happen in hs football.

They call it the Grove from what I remember. Hard hitting bunch of kids over there. I don't think Sinton will blow them out, but if coach will throw a little more it might be over quick.

Get there early to get a good seat.

I'm going to base this on some research:

Zapata beat Mathis by 27.
Mathis beat OG by 8.

I say Sinton wins it by around 40. That' just me, of course. I live in Z-town, so I might be a little bias, but District 31 has nothing besides our little team.

Oh, and about their visitors side:
It's horrific. They have no nice area for the band to play, the stands are small. I remember last year, our fans outnumbered theirs by like 2x and several thousand of ours had to stand.

Playing Orange Grove, eh....Man, this reminds me of that silly commercial of some fan whos training for his favorite teams season by running around the woods with a football....
Well, watch out for those Orange trees, 'cause they've got stickers on them....:D

Sinton will score 60 points this week.

Don't forget OG lost a very close game last week to an outstanding Mathis team so it will tougher than most people think even though I predict Sinton to win. Unfortunately they are right about the visitor's side. It is only about six rows high if I remember and two years ago they had to have BOTH bands sitting in seats in front of the stands plus OG was hospitable enough to give us a section on the home side. Still I hope they consider expanding the visitor's side of the stadium.

Sinton by at least 40........at the half:cool: something like that it be a good tune up for district. Great Game against Cuero, Cuero dominated for 3 quarters offensively before they either tone it down or coaches made great adjustments.
