Heres what my Favorite QB did tonight

Sanger - 40 Nevada Community - 0
NEVADA – Chris Higgs is Sanger's triple-threat quaterback. He can run it, pass it, and he can hand it off to Nathan Pegues.
Higgs ran for 144-yards and two touchdowns, and threw for 180-yards and three more scores, as Sanger (4-1) dominated in the final district tune-up for both teams.
Running mostly from a spread, Sanger totaled 163-yards rushing and 161-Passing – in the first half. Higgs' three touchdown passes to Michael Cruz, Nick Brittain, and J.T. Schaffer and his first scoring run staked them a 27-point halftime lead.
Pegues ran for 95-yards including a 1-yard run in the second half and kept Community's defense from giving Higgs too much attention. Higgs closed the scoring with a 35-yard run in the fourth quarter. In all, Sanger had 518 yards total offense.
Community (0-5) had their moments. The defense combined for three sacks on Sanger's second possession of the game. Sam Groter and Johnny Wilson each had a sack for the hosts. Two plays later Rusty Roper and Trent Franklin combined for another, and for 15 minutes Community hung with Sanger's prolific offense.
Aaron Clark was Community's offensive workhorse. He ran for 84 tough yards on 21 carries, including eight for 38 on their opening drive of the second half. Then his 13-yard pass reception from Matt Roan gave Community a first-and-goal inside Sanger's 1-yard line. But a procedure penalty stalled the drive and Sanger's defense held on downs.
