John Syptak, #47 for Rice, is having a tremendous year and career as a DE for Rice.

Garrett Dornon, #59, LB for Rice, plays all special teams and some on D.

Wesley Jones, for Texas. Doesn't see much PT, but against Rice, could smell the field.


North Texas, now Rice, how does UT manage sucha powerhouse schedule?

I wouldn't take Rice too lightly, they have a scrappy bunch of players. Watch out for #47 DE Syptak, he is a former Bellville Brahma. I think Texas will win, but Rice will be up for the challenge.

It should be Texas 35 Rice 10 but it could be closer if Texas is looking at this as a practice for Oct 9
