Ivan is like the darn Energizer Bunny. Sure hope he doesn't stall in the central part of Texas.. That is what happened in 1998 when it flooded in Cuero.. Tropical Storm Charley or Charles stalled and rained 24 inches in 24 hours.. we dont' need that again :mad:
