in that NBA game this year when the Spurs made two points for a one point lead with 0.4 seconds left (and Shaq did four Tim by the way which if called and Tim made two free throws then Spurs would have won) but then Lakers inbound and the Laker moves to the side and then gets off the shot which goes in but clock couldn't have been started properly. I saw in the Olympics where there was 0.3 of a second and they threw it to a player who immediately shot as it got to him (no pause at all) and he just barely got the shot off in time (it didn't go in so his team lost). You can't tell me that 0.1 of a second is that much extra time but NBA probably wanted Lakers because of the tv draw for the finals.
