I am just wondering how many high school teams have the players names on the back. To be honest, I've never really noticed before so there may be more than I realize.

i'd give gainesville's a 6 too ... nothing against the leps, i just dont like that particular style ... i also dont like the dark pants, dark jersey & white helmet look.

I think the jerseys look pretty cool. At Wylie there are no individual names. Sandifer says it is the name on the front you are playing for. Fans have to memorize the roster though.

I've seen lots of 5A teams with names on the back of the jerseys...not as many in 4A but still a lot...and 3A is even fewer....as for Decatur's unis...I don't like em....they look like XFL jerseys as someone said earlier...LOL

VWG likes Vernon's and I do too. They used to have three uniforms All Maroon, All white and All silver. Just loved those silver ones. All traditional with LIONS on front.

Can't beat this Black and White one of My son (#35).

Like I said... tradition. When a school has some good football history, you don't have to change uni's. Same look, same kickin' ass every year on the field.

Can't argue with that VWG. As for the look of the uniform, would look better if it were in purple and gold. No seriously a little busy, agree about the names on back, should only have name of team on front of who you are playing for. That represents team. Names on back represents individual. Give them a 6. i like the uniforms, but then again they look extremely similar to lake worths uniforms before they go the ones they wear now...we had forest green bodies and shoulders, w/ black stripes, in the same spot, same style numbers and body material. and our pants were green too.
