This game went down to the wire. Kaufman missed approximately 35 yard FG to tie the game with no time outs and 22 sec left on clock. This was a hard fought game on both sides and there was a tremendous amount of fumbles from both sides because of hard hitting. Weldon Brooks did not get much yardage because Kaufman's defense keyed on him. That left the door open for Micky Norris who had two long runs ( 77 and 34) to add momentum for Kennedale. I say David Collins, the wide receiver was most valuable player for Kennedale. He returned a fumble for a TD in 1st period and caught a 1st down pass in the 3rd that swung momentum in Kennedale's favor. Kaufman was undefeated and they have a very good team in my opinion. They use ball control and hard nose running and defense. I'm glad I made the trip.
